Markku Niemelä Photography
Markku Niemelä's passion is to photograph different events, locations and landscapes. Everything that has life or history associated with it is worth recording to still images. He also likes to take portrait photographs either on location or in studio settings.
He started to photograph actively when he bought his first digital camera Canon Ixus 330 back in 2002. Then he moved on to digital single-lens reflex cameras first with Canon and later on moved on to Pentax system.

Personal relationship with Jesus Christ is very important to Markku. Some of Markku's photographs have references to Christian semantics.
Markku has Master of Science degree in technology (electrical engineering) from Lappeenranta University of Technology. His major is industrial electronics and minors are applied electronics and industrial management.
